Seems like it was a network problem. The precise orbits were successfully applied when I switched to another internet connection.
Now I will have to figure out how to repair my other connection too

I tried connecting to the url and it worked.
I have uninstalled the antivirus to make sure there’s no left firewall on. The one from windows is disabled.

I have attached another type of message I receive when I open the program besides the Java error after I try setting the orbits
