    Dear dan or yuxiao,
i am trying to process TOPS data, too.
    here is my problem.
i select one of the sub area as the figure 1.1 red frame shows.
however, when i process the reflectivity map of these 9 images, the reflectivity map only contains part of the selected area.
    The amplitute image is fine.
Please see the figure 1.2 and 1.3 for reference.
Then, what should i check to fix it?
    Thanks,
    Qingli

    Hi Qingli,
is your area close to the borders of the footprint of Sentinel?
Check the footprint.kml and the masterarea.kml
what about the amplitude of ALL images?
You can check it either from the SLC data processing or by selecting the images one by one in the view parameters module

      Hi Qingli,

You need to zip the file, send via a link or send from email. This current attachement is not reachable here.

    Hi Qingli,

    Sorry for the late reply.

Can you send me the log file for the processing from importing tops to generating reflectivity map? I need to take a look to see where the problem is.

As Dan mentioned, can you also check if the amplitude of each image is correct without any dark areas?

    Thanks!

      Dear Yuxiao,
i have already send the log file to u via QQ.
However, i noticed you didnot receive it.
Now, please see it in the attachment.
i already checked the amplitude of each image and they are correct without any dark areas except for the lake.
      Thanks,
      Regards,
      Qingli

      HI Qingli,

Sorry that I haven’t log on to QQ for a while.

I didn’t see anything specific from the log, so I will need to download your data and test it out. I will let you know once I’ve got the result.

      Yuxiao
