the SICD format is not yet supported even if it’s on the todo list

Dear Periz,
Does SARPROZ support Umbra images in the .SICD format?
I am interested in using SARPROZ to generate interferograms from Umbra data.”Best,

hi
In the modules APS Estimation, Sparse Points Processing, and Graph Analysis and Refinement, I understand that selecting “Coherence” in the “Weights” option allows SARPROZ to read the interferometric phase from the INTERFEROGRAMS folder and use the magnitude (i.e., coherence) as the weighting factor.

periz replied to the topic Spatially symmetric atmospheric filter in the forum Sarproz Forum 1 month ago
Hi Marco,
yes, the multi-looking factors helps adjusting the size of pixels with the intent to make them symmetric.
And of course you are right that increasing the size of the filter in one dimension for un-symmetric pixels would make perfect sense. However, after a number of tests, we decided not to implement it, and to keep the size of the…[Read more] -

Hello!
I have been trying to configure APS processing such that the APS results are symmetric spatially. When I use APS option parameter R (and DSF) I can control the spatial scale of the atmospheric residuals (e.g. R is 150). However when we use Sentinel-1 the pixel spacing is approx. 4 m in range and 20 m in azimuth. That means the spatial…[Read more]

Hi Marco,
indeed, there is no pre-defined section to explicitly export filtered amplitude images. We planned to implement it, but it was left behind because not much used, this is probably the first time we are asked.
Anyway, you can still do it in a couple of ways.
The first general way is through the View/Export Extended Data/Results.
There,…[Read more] -

Hi,
I have generated filtered amplitude images through Multi-Temporal Adaptive Mask (including Generated filtered amplitude). I know the images exist (I can press display in the tool and they look good) I also know that the directory contains the images (FILT_AMP). But I have difficulty displaying and exporting the resulting filtered amplitude…[Read more]

Hi Vitaliano,
the format of the images is not a big problem, you just need to write/read them using a couple of scripts that we can pass you. Some more care should be paid with the meta data, though.
I believe the most effective way to deal with your case is to talk about it in a call.
If good for you, please write an email to admin at sarproz dot…[Read more] -

Dear all,
I am writing in this forum to expose my problem. I am currently working with a long dwell SAR image which I divided into azimuth sub-apertures.
My request is whether it would be possible, in SARPROZ, to insert such sub-aperture images into the software as if they were MASTER and SLAVES to perform coregistration.
These images are ‘.mat’…[Read more] -
