saving a selection of points does not mean saving the plot you are diplaying
when you save a selection of points, you save a 2d vector, where the 2 dimensions are sample and lines, independently from what you have on x and y axes in the scatter plot
the only choice you have is whether to save a color or not, as indicated here…[Read more]
