Hi Professor,

How to import ALOS-2 SCANSAR data ?

I have some PALSAR-2 level 1.1 data with 5 subswaths and HH Polarization in each data. I’m using SARProz in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. When i want to get contents in SLC Data Processing, there are some errors so i can’t go through.

Here are the error that i found in terminal :

get_dir_slc : no known format recognized in directory /media/rajabun/Toshiba_1TB/ALOS2_F1_DinSAR/SLC/

I was tried to rename the first file and the third file to 20160908.SLC and 20160908.LED
Then i was place it to SLC directory and it’s error.

In my second experiment, i was tried to pre-processing it first with GMT5SAR and it produce :

2. IMG-HH-ALOS2123913750-160908-WBDR1.1__D-F1.PRM
3. IMG-HH-ALOS2123913750-160908-WBDR1.1__D-F1.SLC

4. IMG-HH-ALOS2130123750-161020-WBDR1.1__D-F1.LED
5. IMG-HH-ALOS2130123750-161020-WBDR1.1__D-F1.PRM
6. IMG-HH-ALOS2130123750-161020-WBDR1.1__D-F1.SLC

inside the SLC folder
you should have a directory for each image
each directory should contain all original files (img, led, trl …)
