Hi I have question about Testing APS coherence. I have coherence test result (the graph for illustration cohherence_result.jpg here is mainly >0.8) show mainly level ~0.6 but spatially (the graph for illustration cohherent_result_spatial.jpg) some areas red more than 0.8. I used only good points (amplitude stability index 0.8) to calculate APS and estimation graphs day by day show quite good result. But test coherence level is still 0.6.
What does it mean? Is it some result expected, such low result, in red areas or its waste of time? All tutorials that I have seen have test coherence after APS test level >0.9.

This graph will be shown then button Test is pushed at APS window. Mainly majoroty of days are almmost same value. Here’s came phrase test coherence level. Question is if madjor days are showd mainly value 0.6. Does graph that shows coherece spatialy, next graph , is valid in red areas (improved coherence >0.8)?
