Dear All,

In the Scatter Plots, Filter/matrix visualization there a box named Phase. Could i please have a better understanding of the filter applied on the output? Should it be applied?

The “Filter/Matrix visualization” function in “Scatter Plots” displays scattered data in matrix a form. In Matlab this is much faster rather than displaying scattered points directly. It basically consists in re-sampling your scattered data on a regular grid. This operation corresponds to a spatial filter. And you can actually apply a filter radius even bigger than the regular grid spacing. If the parameter you are filtering is a phase, you need to check the corresponding flag so that the software will apply the filtering operations in the complex domain. Filtering an angle in the real domain will in fact cause wrong results

So from what I understand flagging the Phase operation when exporting the Def. Trend is not correct? Because it is in the real domain?
