Hello periz,
Thanks for the detailed response.
When applying spatial filtering, in InSAR parameters, should be selected “Output Coherence = post-filtering”? So that this post-filtered Coherence was used on MISP module as Weights. I would appreciate it if you clarify this doubt.
Regarding AutoMISP-PRJ-Atmo.mat file, the image shows APS for 5…[Read more]

Dear all,
on October 1st 2021 “let’s encrypt” (a widely used Certificate Authority) SSL/TLS old certificates expired, however, the ESA Copernicus website seems still using them. This is the reason why suddenly some Sarproz users experienced problems in downloading Sentinel orbital data from the Copernicus site.
We have provided a fix in the last…[Read more] -

periz replied to the topic APS Stratification meaning in the forum Sarproz Forum 3 years, 9 months ago
The stratification in Sarproz is estimated as the APS component correlated with the topography.
If you flag that option, Sarproz will estimate a coefficient and build a model based on the external DEM and on the estimated coefficient. That model will become part of the APS estimated and removed from interferograms.
We advise you to use it only in…[Read more] -

DSF is DownSamplingFactor
Because APS is low frequency signal then the APS results will be multilooked in that factor -

Hi,
I have some doubts about the stratification procedure for the APS estimation. More specifically, what is the meaning of MaxR and DSF. How SARPROZ estimates the vertical variation of the APS delay?
Thank you

Hi,
1. the so-called PS approach is based on the following concept:
A. star-images graph (single master).
B. no spatial filter (full resolution images, no need to generate interferograms).
C. no weights (the phase of each image weighs the same).
In such context, in Sarproz you do not need to generate interferograms. follow the tutorials online to…[Read more] - Load More
