Hello,

I have a question about change images graph. After I coregistered my stack , I want to only use connections of which the baseline are smaller than 600m. Just as the attached png shows. Therefore some imgs are not connected in the graph.

I’d like to ask can I continue with APS and MISP? will the following steps only process the connections <600m, just as I wanted, or will they process all of imgs?

As the matlab gives warning that some imgs are not connected, I’ve got this question. Should I delete the unconnected imgs from SLC and do the coregistration again?

Hi Zoe,
theoretically, it should work. However, it’s not 100% tested, you might get some problems. If this happens, there is no need to redo all the job. You can just remove the images you want to discard from the dataset.txt file. Then it will work
